About MED4Youth study
The MED4Youth project has the aim to strengthen the link between the Mediterranean Diet and the health benefits against youth obesity and associated cardiovascular disease risk factors. To achieve this, project partners are carrying out an interventional study targeting adolescents with obesity from three Mediterranean countries (Spain, Portugal and Italy) including typical Mediterranean products such as nuts, pomegranate, chickpea and sourdough bread.
