What is the environmental impact of the new MED4Youth breads?
Sourdough breads are characterised by being made by slow fermentative processes, using a sourdough culture that is fermented with lactic acid bacteria and yeasts naturally present in the flour and in the air. MED4Youth web-application: an innovative digital health tool for nutritional studies in adolescents
One of the most important and innovative parts of the MED4Youth project is the implementation of a web application to involve adolescents in the nutritional intervention study. Finding out about adolescents’ bread preferences to design new sourdough breads
One of the objectives of the MED4Youth project is to choose the most complete and healthy sourdough bread with suitable organoleptic properties for the adolescent population. Mediterranean diet’s beneficial effects on reducing youth obesity
