Newsletter 2 – December 2021

This is the second newsletter of MED4Youth in which you will learn more about the project web-App, the progress of MED4Youth’s study, the health benefits of nuts, scientific paper on the beneficial effects sourdough breads, related articles on the precision nutrition and the importance of gut microbiota in metabolic disorders and a report of the project in a local TV.
