The deliverable entitled “Report about the significant differences on phenolic metabolites and key food intake biomarkers” includes quantitative data on phenolic metabolites and key biomarkers of food intake, highlighting significant differences in their urinary levels exerted by the Mediterranean intervention, highglighting the adherence to the dietary treatment and the increase in the intake of potential bioactive compounds like (poly)phenols.
