The deliverable Project Management Plan (D8.1.) lays the foundations for a correct management of the project to enable the achievement of the project objectives according to the plan. It starts with the description of the main stakeholders involved in the project, the description of their roles and the management structure. It also includes the description of the technical and financial reporting process, including the reporting to the EC (PRIMA) but also to the different National Funding Bodies involved. Furthermore, it gives a short description about the quality control process and the steps included in the preparation and organisation of project meetings. Finally, this deliverable also includes the presentation and a guidance on the MED4Youth´s shared collaborative platform created to facilitate the project management and implementation.
