The deliverable entitled “Report about the effects of the MD intervention on classical anthropometric and biochemical biomarkers of health” presents the statistical analysis of the study data regarding the classical anthropometric and biochemical biomarkers of health. Here, we intend to identify the effects on health exerted by the energy-restricted MD intervention and to verify if it is possible to identify a combination of health biomarkers that accurately characterizes the changes induced by the MD intervention.
